* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Fields along the river begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late this afternoon and continue falling to 3.8 feet Thursday
morning.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
