...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Kentucky...Indiana...

  Ohio River at Tell City affecting Perry and Hancock Counties.

.Heavy rain from the past week has caused the river to rise into
minor flood stage.

The next statement will be issued by Saturday afternoon at noon CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Tell City.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 35.5 feet, Floodgates begin closing.
  At 38.0 feet, Indiana highway 66 floods between Derby and Magnet...
  Rome and Derby...and at Rocky Point.
  At 40.0 feet, Indiana highway 66 closes above Cannelton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:50 PM CDT Friday the stage was 39.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 1:50 PM CDT Friday was 39.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 22.3 feet
    Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 38.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    39.5 feet on 04/08/2008.
