MONDAY...

* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, west winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts
  up to 35 kt. For the first Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15
  to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the second Small
  Craft Advisory, southwest winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to
  25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Tidal Potomac River from Key Bridge to Cobb Island MD,
  Chesapeake Bay north of North Beach MD, Patapsco River
  including Baltimore Harbor, Chester River to Queenstown MD,
  and Eastern Bay.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 6 PM EDT this evening. For
  the first Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM EDT this evening.
  For the second Small Craft Advisory, from noon Sunday to 1 AM
  EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
