...The National Weather Service in Great Falls has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Montana...

  Lodge Creek near International Border affecting Blaine and Hill
  Counties.



For the Lodge Creek...including International Border...elevated
river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM EARLY THIS MORNING TO THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive mountain snowmelt is expected.

* WHERE...Lodge Creek near International Border.

* WHEN...From early this morning to this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 10.3 feet, April 24 2018 - Lodge Creek rose to near
  10.3 feet this year. No impacts were reported, yet areal flooding
  did occur because of snowmelt in northern Hill and northern Blaine
  counties. The gauge is actually in southern Alberta.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:25 AM MDT Monday the stage was 7.2 feet.
  - Minor flooding is possible when the river stage rises above
    7.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 5:25 AM MDT Monday was 8.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to continue to fall from 8.0
    feet through the morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    this evening.
  - Action stage is 6.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
