in Arkansas east of I49. Movement was to the east at around 20 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth
of an inch with maximum amounts of one quarter to one half of an
inch. Coverage decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area
forecast for early this evening, mostly cloudy, a slight chance of
showers with temperatures 61 to 64 degrees and northeast winds up to
5 mph.
