  Opequon Creek near Martinsburg affecting Berkeley and Jefferson
  Counties

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Opequon Creek near Martinsburg.
* At 10 PM Saturday the stage was 9.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* No flooding is currently forecast.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet...The creek begins to overflow its banks in a
  few spots. Water approaches Bowers Road at the low spot near the
  creek.
