The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  the Haw River Near Bynum.
* At 7:46 PM Monday the stage was 10.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river crested at 11.0 feet. It will continue to fall
  to 7.6 feet by Wednesday morning.
