.DISCUSSION...Mainly dry and above normal temperatures will
persist through the weekend. Lingering offshore winds will
continue to promote lower daytime RH through through today.
A southerly reversal stratus surge will developed late tonight
into Saturday morning, with low clouds and patchy fog charging up
and lapping the Mendocino coast. The flow will become more zonal
this weekend as a trough move closer, which may slightly deepen
the marine layer and cool at the coast and the adjacent coastal
areas. As a result, RH recoveries from 80`s to 100 percent is
expected this weekend.
