.DISCUSSION...

Sunny skies and quiet conditions persist today with light NE winds
generally below 10mph. Lake breeze development off of Superior is
expected once again, causing winds to back more to the N and perhaps
NNW during the afternoon. Though mixing will be shallow close to
Superior, we should still be able to tap into the rather dry airmass
aloft; expect RH to drop to around 60% during the afternoon at the
burn site while temperatures struggle to reach the 50 degree mark. RH
quickly recovers into the evening hours while temperatures head into
the 30s once again, but with another dry and sunny day Wednesday,
expect RH to once again fall back to around or just below 60% during
the afternoon with highs in the lower 50s. Winds remain calm,
generally out of the NNE.
