Areas of fog have developed across the Washington and Baltimore
Metropolitan areas as well as portions of northern Virginia and
eastern West Virginia. Visibility has dropped to near one quarter
mile in a few locations. Motorists should use extra caution when
driving through late this morning, and be prepared for sudden
reductions in visibility.
