The National Weather Service in Norman has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Lincoln County in central Oklahoma...

* Until 430 AM CDT.

* At 232 AM CDT, Flooding has been reported in and north of
  Chandler. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash
  flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Chandler, Stroud, Davenport, Wellston, Warwick and Fallis.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
