This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota,
central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Light snow is expected to move east across the region today, with
amounts generally from a dusting to as much as 2 inches. Late
tonight, freezing rain is possible across portions of south central
South Dakota, including the I-90 corridor. A few hundredths to as
much as a tenth of an inch ice accumulation is possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Snow is forecast to move into the region on Sunday, then should
persist through Monday night, especially for eastern areas. Total
snow accumulations of a foot to a foot and a half are possible east
of the James River, while lesser amounts around 10 inches or less are
expected over central/north central South Dakota. Strong northerly
winds Sunday night into Monday have the potential to bring blizzard
conditions to the region.
