This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

The snowmelt is resulting in increasing water levels on area
streams and rivers. As a result, there could be minor flooding.
In addition, rivers are displaying spring ice breakup. Streams
draining in areas of steep terrain may experience unexpected ice
jamming. Please be aware this could result in rapid rises on
streams in steep terrain, such as along the Minnesota North Shore
and South Shore of Lake Superior.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A few thunderstorms will be possible from Monday night into
Tuesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.

waters of western Lake Superior.
