southwest Iowa, including the following counties, in south central
Iowa, Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Ringgold and Union. In southwest Iowa,
Adams, Cass and Taylor.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch is being cancelled.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Iowa, including
  the following counties, in south central Iowa, Appanoose, Monroe
  and Wayne. In southeast Iowa, Davis and Wapello.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Showers and thunderstorms will continue overnight with the
    potential for additional heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches by
    Sunday morning.
