.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Calmer winds will lead to
short period seas dropping below 6 feet through Thursday. Calmer
conditions will persist with only isolated enhancement of northerlies
around Cape Mendocino. After a brief surge of southerly winds along a
frontal boundary Thursday evening, breezy northwesterly winds will
return to the waters on Friday and persist through Sunday, especially
in the southern waters. Another weak front expected to move through
alongside an additional mid-period swell late this weekend.
