...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP IN SOUTHEAST
NORTH DAKOTA MONDAY AFTERNOON...

.There is a 50% chance critical fire weather conditions develop
Monday afternoon in southeast North Dakota, including portions of
the Sheyenne River Valley and Red River Valley. In this area, mostly
likely relative humidity values range between 20-30 percent, with
a 40% chance of dipping between 10-20 percent. Most likely winds
range between 15 to 25 mph, gusting to 30 mph. There is a 20%
chance gusts increase between 30-40 mph.

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a Fire
Weather Watch, which is in effect from Monday afternoon through
Monday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 024, 028, 029, 030, 038,
  039, 049, 052, and 053.

* WIND...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum values around 20 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
