...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM EDT...

For the following areas...
Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA...
Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD...

At 1251 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Smallwood State Park to 13 nm south of Fairview
Beach, moving east at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
         suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

Potomac Creek, Breton Bay, Widewater, Saint Clements Bay, Maryland
Point, Nanjemoy Creek, Port Tobacco River, Leesylvania State Park,
Quantico, Cobb Island, Swan Point, Coltons Point, Nomini Bay, Mathias
Point, U.S. 301 Nice Memorial Bridge, Wicomico River, Popes Creek,
Brent Point, Smallwood State Park, and Westmoreland State Park.
