.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
prevail over the far southern waters today into Wed night. A cold
front moving S over the northern waters early this morning will
stall over the central waters, from near Cape Fear eastward,
later today. The front will persist over the central waters
tonight, and then drift N as a warm front Wed and Wed night. Low
pressure will develop along the front off the Mid-Atlantic coast
Thu, then drift slowly E to SE across the N and central waters
Thu night into Fri while pulling a weakening cold front across
the area. The weak low will lift N over the area Fri night as the
next cold front approaches from the W. This cold front will move
E and SE over the waters Sat and Sat night.
