...Strong winds will impact portions of west central Clay and
southeastern Wichita Counties through 730 PM CDT...

At 702 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking the leading edge of winds
from thunderstorms over southeastern Wichita Falls, moving north at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Wichita Falls, Dean, Jolly, Sheppard AFB, Pleasant Valley, and
Cashion.
