...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM EDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN JEFFERSON...SOUTHEASTERN COLUMBIANA...EASTERN
CARROLL...WESTERN BEAVER AND HANCOCK COUNTIES...

At 109 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Calcutta, or
over East Liverpool, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
         damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power
         outages.

Locations impacted include...
East Liverpool, Beaver Falls, Wellsville, New Brighton, Beaver,
Calcutta, Ohioville, Midland, Chester, Industry, Shippingport,
Patterson Township, Big Beaver, Salineville, West Mayfield, Newell,
Koppel, Bridgewater, Patterson Heights, and Irondale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for east central
Ohio...western Pennsylvania...and northern West Virginia.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
