At 1209 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Frazeysburg, or 15 miles northwest of Zanesville, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages. Locations impacted include... Coshocton, Dresden, Frazeysburg, Conesville, Otsego, and Cooperdale. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for east central Ohio. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
