This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for our Four-State area of southern
Arkansas, northern Louisiana, eastern Texas and southeast Oklahoma.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Showers and a few isolated thunderstorms will continue moving across
and then east of I-49 this morning, and diminish during the
afternoon as the weakening upper level disturbance shifts across the
Mississippi River and out of the area. Light fog and some of this
rain may work together to restrict visibility to a mile or two on
this morning`s commute. Light rain will move out as the cold front
brings in drier air from the west.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Milder and drier conditions will return for the upcoming weekend,
but this will be short lived as showers and thunderstorms again
develop and possibly spread into our I-30 corridor before shifting
through the remainder of the region Monday with the passage of
another stronger upper level disturbance. The potential for severe
thunderstorms will exist Monday afternoon and evening over portions
of deep east Texas, northern Louisiana and southern Arkansas with
damaging winds, isolated tornadoes and locally heavy rainfall
possible with minor flooding possible. Cooler and drier conditions
will return Monday night with the passage of another cold front and
continue fair through midweek.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
