...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CROCKETT COUNTY
THROUGH 730 PM CDT...

At 647 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles east of Bakersfield, or 16 miles south of McCamey, moving
northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern
Crockett County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for
west central Texas.
