.DISCUSSION...
Dry and warm weather through Friday before a storm system brings
cooler temperatures, gusty south winds, and rain showers over the weekend.
On Friday, downslope winds around 5 mph in the morning before shifting
to upslope in the afternoon 5 to 10 mph. Humidities stay above 35% with an
increasing trend heading into the weekend. Overnight into Saturday,
winds shift to the southwest and increase to 10-15 mph with gusts
up to 20 mph. Precipitation arrives early Saturday morning as a storm
system brings a 50 to 60% chance of 1.00" or more of rain to the site.
Additionally, there is a 10 to 15% chance of isolated afternoon/evening
thunderstorms. Dry weather returns early next week along with gradually
increasing temperatures.
