* WHAT...South-southwest winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Dickinson, Clay, Cloud, and Ottawa Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 6 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Small
  tree limbs could be blown down.
