.MARCH 2018 WAS NEAR NORMAL FOR TEMPERATURES WITH BELOW NORMAL
PRECIPITATION AT DULUTH MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR MARCH WAS 26.1 DEGREES WHICH WAS 0.2
DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 25.9 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 48 DEGREES ON THE 17TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS
4 DEGREES ON THE 9TH AND 10TH. NO DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE
BROKEN FOR THE MONTH. EIGHTEEN DAYS HAD AVERAGE TEMPERATURES BELOW
NORMAL.

WHEN 0.21 INCHES WAS RECORDED. AT LEAST A TRACE OF PRECIPITATION WAS
RECORDED ON 13 DAYS. AT LEAST 0.01 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL ON 6

TO THE MID TO UPPER 50S AT THE END OF THE MONTH. NORMAL LOWS FOR THE
MONTH START IN THE MID 20S AND WARM TO THE MID 30S AT THE END OF
THE MONTH. NORMAL PRECIPITATION FOR APRIL IS 2.43 INCHES. NORMAL
SNOWFALL FOR APRIL IS 6.9 INCHES. THE LATEST CLIMATE PREDICTION
CENTER OUTLOOK INDICATES THAT ODDS ARE TILTED TOWARDS BELOW NORMAL
TEMPERATURES AND THERE IS NO CLEAR SIGNAL FOR ABOVE OR BELOW NORMAL
PRECIPITATION.
