.SYNOPSIS...
Strong high pressure centered near the North Carolina Outer Banks
will keep strong onshore winds in place over the regional waters
today. An area of low pressure will move eastward, and lift a
warm front over the area tonight, bringing numerous showers and
isolated thunderstorms. Another low pressure center will develop
along a cold front over southeast Georgia Monday afternoon and
will cross the regional waters Tuesday morning. Offshore winds
will prevail following this frontal passage.
