...FLOOD WATCH FOR AN ICE JAM REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam continues to be possible.

* WHERE...The following area, Kuskokwim River near Napaskiak,
  Napakiak, and Oscarville.

* WHEN...Through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of low lying and flood prone areas along the
  Kuskokwim River near Napaskiak, Napakiak, and Oscarville is
  possible. Residents should be prepared for high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - As of Wednesday afternoon river-watch reconnaissance shows
    the Kuskokwim River breakup front is downriver from Bethel. A
    significant amount of water is behind the front. If an ice
    jam forms, flooding is likely.

Now is the time to take precautions. Where possible, move items to
higher ground and prepare your community for possible flooding.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
