.DISCUSSION...
A large area of low pressure will linger within close proximity
of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho bringing a threat of light
rain through the night. The atmosphere becomes more unstable
Tuesday through Thursday with afternoon and evening thunderstorms
expected. Convection will mainly be tied to the higher terrain
Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday night through Thursday a chance
of more widespread showers and thunderstorms will exist district
wide. Thunderstorms will be slow moving this week and are expected
to contain very heavy rainfall. The weekend is expected to be drier.
