.DISCUSSION...
Moisture wrapping around a low pressure center over the northern
Great Plains will keep periods of wetting rain and snow, as well as
gusty northerly winds, around the area through today and into this
evening. Precipitation chances and wind decrease from the west later
tonight into Thursday as the system exits the area and high pressure
builds in. Temperatures today will mostly be well below normal, but
warming and drying conditions move in Thursday through the weekend.
