.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front will pass E across the waters
tonight. A high pressure ridge will build NE over the area Sat
and Sat night, and slowly weaken Sun through Mon night. A low
pressure trough will expand N along the Oregon coast Sat into
Sun, and then slowly weaken Sun night into Mon night. High
pressure will rebuild towards the region Tue and Tue night, as
the low pressure trough along the Oregon coast slowly
strengthens. The trough will move offshore Wed and Wed night.
