Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will persist while slowly weakening today
and tonight. A low pressure trough along the Oregon coast will
slowly weaken today into tonight. High pressure will rebuild
towards the region Tue and Tue night, as the low pressure trough
along the Oregon coast expands N along the Washington coast. The
trough will move offshore Wed and Wed night, while a weak low
pressure area develops just SW of the region. The low will remain
nearly stationary just SW of the Oregon waters Thu and Thu night,
then move slowly NE over the waters while weakening Fri and Fri
night.
