...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Illinois, including the following
  area, Randolph IL and Missouri, including the following areas,
  Crawford MO, Iron MO, Madison MO, Reynolds MO, Saint Francois MO,
  Sainte Genevieve MO and Washington MO.

* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street
  flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected in and
    near the watch area this afternoon through tonight.
  - Locations in southeast Missouri, including southern Crawford,
    Reynolds, Iron, and Madison Counties, will be especially
    susceptible with several inches of rain already received since
    Thursday evening.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
