Coastal waters from Little Egg Inlet to Great Egg Inlet NJ out 20

Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20

At 110 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 12 nm
northwest of Beach Haven to near Buoy Ge, moving southeast at 10
knots.
Locations impacted include...
Beach Haven, Atlantic City, Little Egg Reef, Atlantic City Reef,
Little Egg Inlet, Buoy Ge, Great Egg Inlet, Brigantine, Great Egg
Reef, Ocean City Reef, and North Beach Haven.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
