Past 24 hour precipitation...
Scattered showers and thunderstorms overnight into early this morning
brought upwards of 0.5 to 1.75 inches of rain across portions of eastern
Ohio and western Pennsylvania.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is expected to range from 0.5 to 1.5 inches
across the area today as additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms
move across the area. Heavy rain rates will produce locally higher
amounts in any locations that see training of thunderstorms.

River trends...
Rapid response to smaller tributaries is possible beneath heavy rain,
but mainstem rivers are forecast to remain steady or exhibit rises up
to 0.5 feet through the weekend.
