For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Anomalous moisture moving out of the Intermountain West to the Rockies
through midweek will bring and uptick in precipitation chances and a
downtick in temperatures. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will be
possible with storms the next few days which increases the threat of excess
runoff cross the area. Our recent burn scars will be especially vulnerable
to flash flooding and debris flows...be prepared to move to higher ground
and never drive across flooded roadways.
