* WHERE...Coastal Waters extending out to 25 nm South of Marthas
  Vineyard and Nantucket.

* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 5 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
