* WHAT...North winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt on Sunday
  increasing to 20 to 30 kt with locally stronger gusts to 35 kt
  Monday and Tuesday. Seas 7 to 10 ft Sunday building to 10 to 12
  feet Monday and Tuesday.

* WHERE...Pt St George to Cape Mendocino 10 to 60 nm.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to 11 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
