.DISCUSSION...Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 10 MPH this morning,
then go light and westerly late morning. Thereafter a seabreeze is
expected to turn winds southerly starting around 2 PM. RH values
will dip to the upper 20s to lower 30s. Please call the office this morning
if you have more specific questions related to the smoke plume. As of this
writing it is difficult to say whether or not it will make it to I-95 or
Route 1 based on the northwesterly component to the winds and the light
character.
