Patches of mid level cloudiness will move across southern Lower
Michigan through early afternoon with skies trending mostly sunny
during the mid and late afternoon.  It will be warm and windy today
in advance of a cold front with the strongest winds expected this
morning into the early afternoon hours. West winds around midday
will shift to the west northwest after 3 PM EDT. High temperatures
this afternoon will reach into the mid 70s with minimum afternoon
relative humidities forecasted between 35 and 40 percent.
