.DISCUSSION...
Surface winds Thursday will be offshore from the northeast, with
dry and warm conditions. Winds will be strongest in the morning,
around 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph. Winds are expected to
shift to onshore from the SW around 1600. RHs will be in the 20s at
the 0800 ignition, and will decrease as offshore flow continues,
followed by a rapid increase once winds shift onshore. Overnight
recoveries will be decent, with RHs in the 60s.

Sky/weather.........Sunny.
Temperature.........58 to 60 at ignition...Max 78 to 80.
RH..................22 to 30 percent at ignition...
                    Min 14 to 18 percent in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds NE 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph at
                    ignition, shifting to the SW 6 to 10 mph with
                    gusts to 15 mph around 1600.
Mixing height.......2000 ft AGL at ignition, becoming 9000 ft
                    AGL in the afternoon.

Temperature.........Min 51 to 53.
RH..................Max 60 to 65 percent.
