Transport winds 10-15mph out of the south will continue at the
burn site following the passage of the storms with mixing heights
1600-2000ft yielding poor dispersions. Tomorrow, transport winds
will clock to southerly once again in the afternoon around 5-15mph
with mixing heights around 1500-2000ft, yielding poor dispersions
once again.


Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread patchy fog with
locally dense fog appears likely tomorrow morning.
