.DISCUSSION...
For the Ugly 80 burn, the main challenge this morning will be the
changing winds. They should generally be out of the south/southeast
near ignition time, and then become more southerly and eventually
southwest later in the day. Speeds will increase as well, with
afternoon gusts near 25 mph. RH values will drop into the mid to
upper 20s during the afternoon, leading to elevated fire weather
conditions for the afternoon and early evening.
