some high clouds possible later this afternoon and evening.
Highs today will be near 70, with with relative humidity values in
the low 20s. Winds will continue to be light and southwesterly at
5-10 MPH. Winds are very light between the surface and 2-3kft up
with transport winds primarily from the SW.
