...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. By sunrise Thursday, expect snow
  accumulations of 6 to 10 inches, except 10 to 13 inches in the
  high terrain between Twin Lakes and Houghton, including South
  Range, Painesdale, and Toivola. West winds gusting to as high
  as 35 mph may lead to blowing snow.

* WHERE...Northern Houghton County.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 8
  inches, greatest of the higher terrain of Keweenaw county and in
  Ontonagon county to the north of mass City. Snow accumulations
  will only range from 1 to 3 inches from Bergland to Bruce
  Crossing and Paulding. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph tonight
  near the lakeshore of Ontonagon county and in the Keweenaw.

* WHERE...Keweenaw and Ontonagon Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
