New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak stationary front will
remain along the far S waters tonight and dissipate early Thu. A
high pressure ridge over the waters will persist through Thu
night then slowly shift E of the region Fri into Fri night. Low
pressure will develop off the Mid- Atlantic coast Thu, then drift
E and SE Thu night into Fri while remaining S of the waters. The
low will then move back to the N and dissipate as a cold front
approaches from the W Fri night. The cold front will move across
the area Sat into Sat night. A high pressure ridge will build E
across the southern waters Sun and Sun night then over the
remainder of the waters Mon and Mon night.
