West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will drift S over
the S waters tonight through Tue, then shift E of the area Tue
night through Wed night while maintaining a ridge across the S
portion. A warm front will move E across the N waters tonight
into Mon. A cold front will move SE across the N waters Mon and
Mon night, then stall across the N portion Tue. A weak area of
low pressure will move off the New Jersey coast Tue night, move E
across the N waters Wed, then pass E of the waters Wed night
while pulling a weakening cold front through the central and S
waters Wed night through Thu night. Weak high pressure will build
over the N and central waters Wed night into Thu night, and
persist over the waters Fri and Fri night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
