.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will remain just W of the regional waters today through
Thu. Thereafter, the ridge will move a little more to the W Thu
night then persist in place Fri through Sun night. A coastal
trough will build N along the S Oregon coast Wed, persist through
Thu then weaken Thu night into Sun night.
