.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
persist over the waters tonight into Fri, then weaken Fri night
into Sat. A coastal low pressure trough along the California
coast will weaken tonight into Fri. A cold front will move SE
across the waters Fri through Sat night, then S of the waters
Sun. Another cold front will move SE across the area Sun night
through Mon night. High pressure will build in from the W and NW
later Sun through Mon night, then persist through Tue night. A
coastal trough will develop along the coast Mon night and
strengthen Tue and Tue night.
