.TONIGHT...Increasing clouds. Windy west central. Rain west,
spreading into the central after midnight, with a few thunderstorms
possible. Rain changing to snow west, with heavy snow possible in
the northern Black Hills. Lows in the 30s west to mid 40s east.
.TUESDAY...Mostly cloudy with rain along and west of the Missouri
river. Chance of light rain southeast, and areas of rain or snow
west. Breezy. Highs lower 40s south central to 50s far north and
east, with lower 60s extreme southeast.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Rain diminishing in the evening with decreasing
clouds north to south. Lows 25 to 35.
.WEDNESDAY...Mostly clear. Increasing clouds at night. Highs mainly
60s, with some upper 50s east.
